These terms govern your use of the NgageCode website at https://www.ngagecode.ai (the "Site"). NgageCode is a product of EX10 and part of the Ngage Suite. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for information about NgageCode and the Ngage Suite. You may view and share its content for legitimate, non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Site, its content, the NgageCode and Ngage Suite names, and the EX10 brand are owned by EX10 or its licensors. Nothing here grants you a licence to those marks. Product names of third parties, including IFS, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information about NgageCode, including availability and capabilities, may change. Statements about future availability are plans, not commitments.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EX10 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Engagements for the NgageCode product are governed by a separate agreement.
